The two parts of FieldPal
The mobile app is what field workers use on site. You open a conversation, talk to the AI, and it fills in your assigned form as you go. FieldPal runs on Android phones, iOS (via TestFlight), and RealWear hands-free headsets.Get the app
The web dashboard is at dashboard.fieldpal.ai. Admins use it to view submitted reports, manage users, and build the form templates that the app uses.
Voice-first by design
FieldPal is built for people whose hands are busy. The AI assistant is designed to be spoken to naturally: describe what you are seeing, what you are doing, or what you need to know, and it takes care of the rest. You never need to navigate menus or tap through fields to get your work done. How a typical job looks
- You open FieldPal on your phone and start a new conversation.
- The AI greets you and asks what you’re working on.
- You describe the job (speaking or typing) and the AI fills in the form fields as you go.
- If there are photos to take, the AI prompts you when it needs them.
- Once everything is filled in, you review the form and submit.
- The report appears in the dashboard immediately.
