Once a template is saved, it appears in the Report templates list in the dashboard. From there you can edit, duplicate, or delete it.

Editing a template

Click the pencil icon (✎) next to the template name to open it in the editor. Make your changes and click Save when done.
Editing a template affects all future reports created from it. It does not change reports that have already been submitted.

Duplicating a template

Click the copy icon (⎘) to create a duplicate of the template. The duplicate opens in the editor with all the same fields. Give it a new name and make any changes before saving. Duplicating is useful when you need a similar form for a different job type or client: you can build on an existing template instead of starting from scratch.

Deleting a template

Click the bin icon (⌫) next to a template to delete it. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
Deleting a template removes it from the app immediately. Field workers will no longer be able to start new reports using that template. Existing submitted reports are not affected.

Template availability in the app

Saved templates are available to your team in the FieldPal app straight away. There is no separate publish step: saving is enough.
